Application

Features

Please fill out the adoption application with as much information as possible. We know that there are a lot of questions, but providing accurate information will help us to match you up with the right dog for your situation. Once your application is submitted, one of our volunteers will contact you to discuss the application. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt from our organization.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA OR ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT ADOPTING A GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG!

A minimum donation of $350 will be asked when an adoption is approved. This is a donation to our rescue. The money is used to get the dogs spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and to help keep the rescue going! We need these donations in order to save more dogs! Thank you for your interest.

All fields that are preceded with an asterisk '*' are required fields and must be entered before the application will be submitted.
