Eva is a beautiful black and tan
female. She is around 2 1/2 years old, and is extremely
loving. She is desperately looking for her "special
someone" to love, and will be a very devoted family member.
She is a very bouncy and playful girl, and acts very much like a
puppy!
Eva was rescued from an overcrowded animal
shelter. Her time was running out, and several people
contacted us about her to see if we could help. We were
afraid that we would not be able to rescue Eva because there was
no room for her at the rescue. If all of our kennel runs are
full, we cannot take even one more dog unless we can find a foster
home or someone willing to sponsor the dog. And
unfortunately, the rescue is almost always full.
We sent one of our volunteers over to the
animal shelter to meet Eva. As the volunteer walked by the
kennel, Eva put her paw up to get her attention. Eva was
begging to be rescued. So, we went out on a limb and got her
out of the shelter in spite of the fact that the rescue was very
full, and we are expecting several dogs to come in. We are
thankful that we got her, because she is a wonderful and loving
dog. Her fate could have been determined by the fact that we
didn't have room for her. Luckily, this story will have a
happy ending. Eva will be able to find the loving home that
she so deserves.
