German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

This handsome black and tan male shepherd is Jerry Lee. He is about 2 1/2 years old, and is very smart and attentive. He has learned some obedience training and knows the basic commands. Jerry Lee is a little on the thin side right now, but will fill out to be about 80 pounds once he is on a good diet. He has a nice coat that will really start to shine once he is in a loving home.

Jerry Lee was rescued from the Glendale Humane Society. Jerry Lee was being considered for doing some movie work, but his time ran out at the shelter before a decision could be made. We stepped in to save Jerry Lee so that he can find a loving family that is looking for a great dog to call their own.

Jerry Lee was adopted, but sadly he was returned because he likes to chew on things. Unfortunately, he chewed up the corner of a coffee table and a comforter. There are lots of things that you can do to stop destructive chewing, and the internet is a great resource for finding problem solving tips for all types of dog behavior. Please don't give up on your dog because he or she has a solvable behavior problem. Get creative, and look for ways to fix the problem.
