Jewel is an AKC registered 15 month old black female.  She has a shiny coat and is in beautiful condition.  She came with a certificate to prove that she completed her obedience training.  She is very loving, very anxious to please and responds quickly to any command she is given.  She is good with children, cats, and other dogs.

Jewel was turned in by her owners because their yard was not big enough, and they had no time for her.  Sadly, this is a common reason that nice dogs like Jewel end up at the rescue.  Her owners did not realize when they adopted her as a young puppy from a breeder that she would require a lot of their time and energy.

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU ADOPT ANY DOG.  ADOPTING A DOG IS A LIFETIME COMMITMENT THAT SHOULD NOT BE ENTERED INTO HASTILY.
