German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Misty is a sweet and gentle 4 year old with a soft, smooth coat. She is a pretty and petite, classic black and tan shepherd. She is appreciative of any attention that she gets and responds well to instruction. She gets along well with other dogs once she feels safe with them, but would probably chase a small dog or cat. She is sociable and loving and loves to put her paws on your shoulders ever so gently to give you a big hug. She would do well in a quiet home.

From what our veterinarian tells us, Misty was used for breeding. During her spaying operation, it was evident to him that she had been forced to bear litter after litter during her young life.

Now, Misty will finally have the opportunity to have a life where she is loved for herself and her gentle nature, instead of as a breeding machine for profit. Could this sweet girl get her second chance in your family?
