German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Rinny is one of the best trained dogs that we have seen at the rescue. This nice 3-4 year old classic black and tan male shepherd has very extensive obedience training. He knows how to sit, down, stay, come, heel, roll-over, and best of all - beg. He sits up on his hind feet and waits patiently for his treat. He has a beautiful gait, and prances as he walks. Rinny is great with kids, and gets along well with other dogs. Rinny is an all-around great dog! He was named "Rinny" after Rin-Tin-Tin, the famous German Shepherd star of television and film years ago.

Rinny was a stray, and he took up residence under a house. The home owner was feeding him, and tried to find his owner. When an owner could not be found, they contacted us to see if we could find Rinny a new home. Needless to say, this nice boy found a great, new family right away!
