Ruckus was turned in by his owner because he was moving into an apartment that does not allow pets.

Ruckus recently came back to the rescue.  He had been adopted by a K-9 police officer as a family pet to replace the police-trained dog that the officer was giving back to the police department.  The family really loved Ruckus.  After a change in plans, however, the officer ended up keeping his police-trained canine partner.  This police dog did not get along well with Ruckus, and the family felt an obligation to keep the police dog.  Ruckus is once again looking for his forever home...
