Saber
|
|
|
Saber is a spunky 12 month old
sable German Shepherd with gorgeous markings. When his new
coat comes in (someone did not take very good care of him in the
past) he is going to be a show stopper. Saber is a sweet boy
who loves affection. We believe that he was denied this in
his "past life", so he is especially grateful for a
scratch on the head, a brushing, or a prolonged hug. For a
male, Saber is on the small side--somewhere around 55 - 60 pounds.
Saber has had some training, but he needs to go back to obedience school to brush up. He was rescued from an over-crowded animal shelter where he was scheduled to be destroyed because he had kennel cough. He has recovered completely and just can't wait to get into his new home. Saber would love to go to a family with kids or with an active owner that can provide him with plenty of exercise.
