Tabatha is a 5 year old black and
tan female with classic markings. She is housebroken, sweet, playful, loving, and
very protective. She is particularly good with woman, and
seems a little untrusting of men until she gets to know them. Tabatha
loves to go for walks. She would like to be an
"only" dog in the household.
We don't really know where
Tabatha came from. We found her tied to our gate one
morning. Someone obviously knew where the rescue was located
and came by in the middle of the night to leave her with us.
We have been caring for her for many months now while she has
been looking for a new home.
Tabatha's Ideal Home Is...
A quiet environment with women, no small
dogs and no small children. If men are in the household,
they should be prepared to have to earn Tabatha's trust over time,
as she is fearful of men due to some past hardship. Tabatha
would do best in an environment with a stable routine so that she
can relax and settle in without worrying that she will be
abandoned again.
