Angel is a beautiful black and tan 2 year old female.  She loves people, and thrives on every little bit of attention that she can get.  And no wonder -- Angel had a very rough start.  Her owners got her when she was just a young pup, and kept her in a tarp-covered dog run behind their house.  They paid very little attention to her, until the day that they put her in the car and drove her to the animal shelter.

To everyone's surprise Angel is a wonderful dog.  She would have every excuse not to love people, but she does.  She savors every special moment with the volunteers.  A bath is "Seventh Heaven" for her, and she enjoys having a volunteer talk sweetly to her as she is getting washed.  She loves to sit in front of the rescue with a volunteer, just pretending for a moment that she belongs to someone nice who loves her.  Angel is exquisitely beautiful and has a clearly feminine look.  You would never guess that she didn't have perfect care her whole life.  Since she has had little attention in her life, she doesn't want to share it with another animal.  Angel would like to be the only four-legged family member in your life.  Come visit this wonderful dog and see for yourself.
