Baron

Baron is a lovely black and tan male, about 3 1/2 years old. He is gentle, obedient and extremely sensitive and loving. He lived with a woman in a wheelchair, and he is very careful around older people and those who are physically challenged. He loves kids, and is good around cats and other dogs, including small dogs. He can play a little roughly with other dogs, but he is careful not to hurt them.

He is a great house dog, and is very well behaved and housebroken. He loves to sleep on beds, and will share a pillow. He is tall for a shepherd, and slim, weighing about 90 pounds. He is American bred shepherd with a classic stance. He runs like the wind and can exercise and play for hours without tiring.

Baron's owner had MS, and had to move into a nursing home. Baron has been in a foster home for a few months, where he got along well with many other foster dogs - including small dogs.
