How could someone abandon such a beautiful dog?  This is Charity, a beautiful coated 3-4 year old black and tan female.  You can tell that she is going to be gorgeous, once she is well fed, groomed, and better cared for.  She is a sweet, shy, and loving girl.

It is obvious that Charity's previous owners had no regard for their dogs.  Charity and two other shepherds, Whitney and Sugar, were dumped at the pound together because they were no longer wanted.  These poor dogs suddenly found themselves sitting in a crowded animal shelter.  Because of their sad condition, potential adopters passed them right by, not recognizing the beautiful dogs hidden beneath the neglect.  Can you help Charity to show her true colors again?
