Duchess is an 8 year old black and tan female.  She is housebroken and has very good house manners.  She doesn't scratch or beg, and is very quiet.  She enjoys lying in a sunny spot in the backyard, or going for a walk.  Duchess will keep on eye out to be sure that she is included in every family outing.  She is good with most big dogs, but loves little dogs, especially her foster brother.  Her foster families cat has been very mean to her, so she is very careful to give him a wide berth.  She is comfortable with children of all sizes.
