This handsome devil is Fabio, a one year old hunk. Fabio was found running loose by a concerned animal lover. As the law requires, the person who found Fabio turned him in to the local animal shelter, where his county license tag revealed his name and his owner's name. Despite repeated efforts on the part of the shelter staff to reunite Fabio with his owner, no one came to help this poor guy out of his pickle, so German Shepherd Rescue was called in to assist.

We know that Fabio prefers to be the only dog in a family. He does not like cats, except to chase them. He is still going through the "adolescent period", so he is quite active and likes to chew things. However, he is an extremely intelligent and loyal boy, so with proper training, his energy can be directed more appropriately. Fabio is looking for a home with someone who understands that boys just want to have fun, but who will give him some boundaries and positive reinforcement training.

RESCUE GROUPS PAY THE SAME ADOPTION FEES AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING A TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATION TO GERMAN SHEPHERD RESCUE TO HELP OFFSET THE "BAIL OUT" FEES THAT WE PAY TO RESCUE ABANDONED DOGS LIKE FABIO WEEK AFTER WEEK AFTER WEEK.
