Billy is a sweet and loveable 12 month old black and tan male.  He is very playful, and loves to give kisses.  He is energetic and strong, and will do well once he has some obedience training.  He barks at new dogs, but he may be fine with non-aggressive dogs once he gets to know them.  He has a strong allergy to flea-control medication.
