Cecelia is a beautiful 18 month old black and tan female.  She is very playful and athletic, and would do well in an active household.  She could use some obedience training, but will do well because she is very intelligent.  She is particular about the dogs that she likes, and would enjoy being the only dog in the household.

Cecelia was rescued from an animal shelter on her last day.
