Chip is a 3 year old classic black and tan male.  He is extremely friendly, and gets along well with other dogs.  He loves to give hugs, and enjoys attention.  He has some basic obedience, and will do well on-leash with a little extra training.  Although he is a little thin right now, he is a big boy who will fill out to be around 80-85 pounds.  Chip has a wonderful temperament and is good with children.
