Cody was found in an industrial area by a kind construction worker.  The man saw Cody wandering around all day long, obviously searching for someone he knew.  At the end of the day when everyone packed up to leave, the man couldn't stand to leave Cody behind.  All attempts to find Cody's original family have failed so now he is looking for a new family through German Shepherd Rescue.
