Emma is a gorgeous 3 year old black and tan female.  She is very sweet, and loves everyone.  She loves to give kisses, and is good with children.  She gets along well with other dogs.  Emma rides nicely in the car, and has a great temperament.  She is a little strong on the leash, but with a little training she will be a wonderful all-around dog.

Emma was picked up as part of a large raid on a rescue facility that was not taking very good care of their animals.  She was brought to a high-kill animal shelter along with 250 other dogs!  We rescued Emma and another German Shepherd who was also part of this raid.  Both dogs appear very well cared for, well adjusted and socialized, and extremely friendly.  Although we don't know all of the details about the seizure of the animals from this rescue group, what we do know is that both of the German Shepherds that we were able to rescue are wonderful dogs!
