German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Jessie is an adorable 12 month old black and tan female. She weighs around 70 pounds, and has a beautiful coat. She has one soft ear, which gives her a cute look. She is friendly, but can be a little shy in new situations. Like most dogs her age, she likes to explore the world by using her mouth, and can sometimes play a little roughly. Because of this behavior, we feel that she would do best in a home with older children.

Jessie attended a recent adoption event and was very charming to everyone that petted her, including children who knew how to approach without startling her. She will make a fantastic family member for anyone who appreciates the loyal and loving nature of the shepherd. She is still a pup and will require exercise and gentle leadership.

Jessie was also featured recently on the Fox 11 pet adoption segment, where she smiled for the cameras and did a wonderful job representing German Shepherds.
