Lola is a gorgeous light black and tan female.  She is around 2-3 years old.  She has a wonderful personality and a very even temperament.  She is very friendly and loving, and is good with children of all ages.  She gets along well with other dogs, including small dogs.  She is a little strong on the leash when she wants to get somewhere, but with a little training, she is going to be a wonderful family dog.

Lola attended a recent adoption event where hundreds of people and dogs dropped by to meet her.  She was the perfect dog!  She was great with children who wanted to pet her, she graciously met all kinds of other dogs of all sizes, and was the perfect spokes-model for German Shepherd Rescue!  And all of this was just one day after she was rescued from the animal shelter!

Lola was one of the dogs confiscated during a raid on a kennel where over 200 dogs were not being properly cared for.  After being brought to the local animal shelter, we were able to rescue her so that we can find her a new home.  Aside from some fly bites on her ears, Lola is in great shape.  Her coat is soft and clean, and she is well adjusted and seems healthy.  Now all that is missing is a wonderful family for her to join.
