Lucky

Lucky is an adorable black and red sable female, approximately 12 months young.  She is happy and energetic, like any teenage dog, and still going through some of the "puppy phase".  She can walk nicely on a leash, although sometimes she gets a little excited.  She is good with children, but like most puppies her age, she may have too much energy for toddlers.  Lucky knows how to sit, and a basic obedience class would help her to learn even more.  She will be a great addition to an active family.  She likes to go to dog beach and play with the other dogs, and she rides well in the car.  Lucky also loves to play with chew toys.

Lucky was turned into an animal shelter because her owners didn't want to take the time to train her.  Please remember when adopting a young dog that they have loads of energy that needs to be properly channeled, and they need consistent and positive training.  Many people adopt cute puppies, then don't take the time to train them. When they grow up and become rambunctious teenagers, their owners then turn them into shelters because they don't want to deal with the problems of an untrained youngster.  Please help your puppy through this phase by properly training and guiding them.

Lucky is in boarding.  If you wish to meet her, please click on the button below and fill out our online adoption application.
