Maverick is a 12-18 month old dark black and tan male.  He is still very much a puppy, and has that gangly, wiggly, puppy-look to him.  His entire body wiggles when he wags his tail.  He loves people and is very friendly.  He wants to stick so close to your side that you have to be sure that you don't step on him when you walk!  He is a little shy, but warms up quickly to a friendly face.  He loves attention, and is happy to just be held and petted.  He is good with other dogs, and is a little on the submissive side.

Maverick just loves to cuddle, so it was very difficult to get him to sit still to have his photo taken.  He really loves attention.  If you are looking for a very affectionate dog that will look up to you, this is your boy.
