Sam

Even though Sam looks magnificent, these are definitely going to be the 'before' pictures.  This huge, large-boned guy needs so much more weight added to his lean frame.  He has a massive head and we can only imagine how incredible he will look when he fills out.  Sam has a very common enzyme deficiency which can be resolved by just sprinkling his food with a special powder, which will allow him to digest his food and gain weight.  Sam just naturally assumes the stance of a show dog.  He is easy to walk and just an all-around easy going, sweet dog.  He wasn't even interested in the Chinese pheasant at the rescue, so we think he might be good with cats.  Sam has a red, sable coat, which is rare.  Sam is around 3 years old.
