Winter
is a beautiful snow white 2 year old boy who's full of enthusiasm.
He is a medium sized male who should mature to between 70-80
pounds. He loves people and wants to be petted and admired.
He is very smart and will take to obedience training very quickly
as he has a strong desire to please. He may be good with
other dogs if properly introduced. He showed no signs of
aggression with the other dogs while in the kennel. He is
very smart and knows how to flip the latch that is common on a
chain link gate, so a secure gate is a must.
Winter was found running loose with a beautiful white female who was in heat, so he may have been lured away from his home. He waited patiently for his family to come pick him up after his "night out", but they never showed up. When he ran out of time at the shelter, German Shepherd Rescue came to his aid. He is such a sweet loving boy, the tech at the vets office where he was being neutered remarked that he was such a great dog that she would take him if she could have another dog. Imagine, he was even a happy boy at the vet's office. He may be too energetic for small children, but would do well in an active family or make a great jogging partner. Winter is in boarding.
