German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

This ravishing lady is Dinah, a 5 or 6 year old sable plush-coat shepherd with a gentle nature. Dinah is large for a female, weighing in around 73 pounds just out of the animal shelter. Her coat is in fairly good condition, indicating that she had some good care at one time. Dinah rides nicely in the car and has obviously been on a leash before. She needs a little refresher course on some of her obedience work, but she thrives on praise and attention. Dinah is a little on the shy side so far, and would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. She also cowers if someone lifts their hand above her head, which tells us that at some point someone struck this beautiful angel in the face. Dinah does not bear any ill will, however, and gave her rescuer friend timid kisses during the car ride away from the scary animal shelter.
