Sam is a big, handsome 2-3 year old male. He is black and tan, with a light colored face. He is an energetic boy who loves to go running. He is also very athletic, so he needs a secure yard with at least 6 foot fencing. He loves to have company, and would prefer a home where someone is around most of the time or where he has another dog for company.

Sam was adopted from the rescue, but was returned because he was jumping out of the yard. Intelligent dogs like Sam need something to keep them busy, and often leave the yard if they are bored. We would like to be sure that he is placed into the right situation so that he does not have to lose another home.
