Rolex

Rolex has been waiting a LONG time for a home. We can't understand why he is still at the rescue. He is very playful and his personality just shines! It's no wonder that he has captured our hearts and has easily become a favorite among the volunteers.

How can you look at this guy and not smile? Doesn't he resemble a teddy bear? He acts just like one too! Rolex, is a handsome, gentle 6 year old black and red male with a beautiful, thick coat.

He is great on the leash and has nice walking manners! He is AKC registered and loves to show off his good looks. He would LOVE older children who are willing to play ball with him, and would prefer being the only dog in the home. He rides very well in the car, and enjoys going places. He's quiet, but definitely barks when necessary

Poor Rolex- he came to us because his owner did not have enough time for him. He was then adopted into what we thought was a loving home... but returned to us a year later in very poor condition. Our hearts sank when we saw him. He was extremely overweight and missing most of his hair; in fact his tail was hairless! His skin was pink and irritated. His ears were fly bitten and chapped at the tips -- The good news: after a visit to the vet, we learned that his condition was the result of two things: lack of tender loving care, and a thyroid condition that is easily and inexpensive controlled with a tiny, daily pill -- You should see Rolex now! His shiny coat is restored to its fullness (including his tail!) His ears and skin have completely healed -- He is ready to go home now!

Rolex has SO MUCH love to give! He is guaranteed to make you SMILE!!
