Iron

Iron was placed in a local animal shelter by a police officer who found him chained in a yard on a very short chain. As a result of this, Iron does not like being chained up or kept in a small space. Iron is a beautiful, classic, black and red male who is 5 years old. He is very affectionate but can be mouthy. He would love a large yard to run and play in. The officers at the local animal shelter loved Iron so much that they asked us to take him because they know we will find the right home for him. He is doing nicely with our volunteers and is ready to go home to an experienced Shepherd owner. Because of his mouthy-ness we do not want to place him with children. He would also like to be the only dog in the home.
