Rex

This big love is already trained! - he knows all his commands (sit, stay, lie down) and walks very nicely on a leash. He is a real love and is extremely affectionate. All he really wants is a belly rub. He is protective of his house and would like an experienced Shepherd owner.

One of our volunteers took him for a long walk down the Chandler Bikeway in Burbank, and he was the perfect gentleman. He wasn't disturbed by people walking past or bikes whirring by. The bronze statues of people at play confused him at first, but he quickly realized that they weren't real. If Rex had had his way they would have lounged on the grass all afternoon!

Rex gets along with other dogs, especially female ones. We don't think he'd mind going home with a companion.
