Chili

Plush and playful, Chili is about as cute as they come! Bet you wouldn't believe that before she came to us she was tied up to a tree 24x7, as a tiny pup. That's no life for any dog and her neighbor agreed. The kind neighbor also noticed she wasn't being fed, and brought food to her daily until he could convince her owner to surrender her. Then he brought Chili to us and asked for help in finding a loving home and a second chance for this deserving girl.

Chili is ready to explore the world now, since all she really knows is a backyard and a short chain. She's already had some basic training.
