Monroe

Monroe is a stunning 6-8 month old pup. She was picked up by animal control after being tied up to a fence and abandoned in a park. She must have had a guardian angel watching over her because when she came to us she had an easily treatable condition, demodex mange, would likely have been a death sentence in a shelter. To make matters worse, she also came down with giarrdia after being on her own for a while. Fortunately, she was brought directly to a vet hospital who began treatment and called us.

Monroe has made a complete recovery and is a lovely girl.

She is very sweet. We are just getting to know her and will soon be able to introduce her to other dogs. We know one thing -- she absolutely loves people and overwhelmed the volunteers with kisses.
