Ben is a very special boy. We got a call from his neighbor saying his owners moved and left him behind. It took three weeks to catch him. His previous owners left him tied to a tree and people often witnessed him being abused. After they moved they left left him in a near by alley. A specialist was brought in to help trap him and he was brought to us. He’s very shy and scared right now. He won’t even come out of his igloo. With time we are sure he will come around. Update 1/30/12: Ben is doing great. He has come out of his shell and had his first walk a few weeks ago. We are getting him socialized and he will soon be ready for his new forever home.
