Mickey is a 3 year old classic silver male who ended up at the San Bernardino Animal Shelter.  This handsome guy was found as a stray.  His due date to be out of the shelter was up and we were asked to step in to save him.  He is a gentle giant and very affectionate.  Mickey has a lot of happy energy and likes to bark at the other dogs near him.  I think he’s trying to figure out why they’re not coming over to play.  He is so excited when a volunteer steps into the kennel with him he starts rubbing up against you and can’t decide which way he wants to face for getting rubs.  We don’t think he’s had much training and could use some reminders about jumping up on people, but he is a smart guy and is eager to learn.  Mickey would love to go on long runs or hikes and probably play ball or other doggie sports.  Check out his pics to see his unique color.
