Adoption Application Adoption Application. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, OR ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT ADOPTING A GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG! PLEASE CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON ONLY ONCE AND WAIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION!! Please fill out the adoption application with as much information as possible. We know there are a lot of questions, but providing accurate information will help us to match you up with the right dog for your situation. Once your application is submitted, one of our volunteers will contact you to discuss the application. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt from our organization. A minimum donation of $250.00 will be asked when adopting a dog. This is a donation to our rescue. The money is used to get the dogs spayed/neutered, keep vaccinations current, and to help keep the rescue going! We need these donations in order to save more dogs! When you have found your forever dog and are ready to adopt we ask that you bring your California Driver's License and your most recent utility bill with you. We ask that everyone in the household who will be living with the dog on a regular basis be present when you visit the Rescue to meet our dogs. That way we can be sure that the dog will get along with everyone in its new family. If you currently own any dogs you MUST bring them with as well so we can supervise the dog introduction on neutral territory and make sure it will be a good match.
